Swift Scoopers Terms and Conditions
Customer Responsibilities As the customer, you are responsible for maintaining safe access to and from the yard. If we are unable to perform our service due to restricted access, you will still be charged for that visit. Please ensure your gate is in good working condition and that the yard is maintained so we can effectively locate and remove waste. Notify us promptly of any changes in the number of pets and ensure timely payment of balances due.
If your dog has aggressive tendencies, please inform us so we can contact you before our arrival to confirm that the dog is not in the yard. We also ask that all household members are aware of our scheduled visits so that the dog is not accidentally let out during our service. If we are unable to complete the service because the dog is out or due to lack of confirmation, you will be charged for that visit.
Swift Scoopers Responsibilities Swift Scoopers is responsible for removing dog waste from backyard grassy and common areas, unless otherwise specified. If your dog uses additional or uncommon areas, such as front yards, raised patios/decks, hidden dog runs, or garden areas, please let us know. An additional fee may apply if the total area to be serviced exceeds 1/4 acre.
Re-Doo Guarantee If you are not satisfied with a cleanup, notify us within 48 hours. We will return to reclean your yard within 1-2 business day, hopefully within the same day.
Billing Our Customer portal app will handle billing. Prior to your service, we will bill for each month. This will cover all cleanings for the month. If you cancel at any time, we will refund for any Scoops that did not occur. All billing will be through our customer portal, checks will not be accepted. You can cancel your service at any time, if within 24hrs of the next scheduled scoop, you will be charged for that scoop.
Weather and Rescheduling Severe weather conditions may make it hazardous or impossible to complete scheduled cleanups. In such cases, services may be postponed until conditions are safe for our team to resume. If a particular cleanup cannot be rescheduled, the Average Monthly rate will still apply due to the additional time and waste required during the following cleanup.
Temporary Service Suspension
You may temporarily pause service for any period of time. If your pet(s) continues to use the yard during this period, a one-time cleanup fee will be assessed based on the yard’s condition at the time of resumption. This fee will reflect the state of the yard from either the last cleanup completed by Swift Scoopers or any cleanup performed by the household.
Limitation of Liability Swift Scoopers, along with its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates, assumes no liability for any damage to yards, gates, pets, or other property.
Changes to Terms, Fees, and Promotions Terms, fees, and promotions may be updated at any time. Customers will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.
Termination of Service Either party may terminate service at any time with written notice. Any unpaid balances are due immediately.
Agreement By initiating service, both parties agree to the terms and responsibilities outlined above.
